| In episode 59 of the spanish telenovela, La Encrucijada, there is a scene for Astrid Janer who spends much of the episode chained up in a room after being kidnapped at the end of episode 58. At about the 46 minute mark, she is manacled to a wall and then cleave gagged on screen with a knotted cleave gag before being left in the ol' gun-tied-to-the-door death trap.
