Someone posted a comment describing this scene a few months ago, I'm adding a clip since the gag is so memorable (to me anyway) Actress Hedieh Rezaee, with hands tied with rope AOH, is ungagged. A black OTM gag is removed, to reveal that her mouth has been *completely* stuffed with a white cloth - the quality level is as good as anything you'd see in a commercial video. It actually takes her a few seconds to gradually spit out the cloth, followed by several seconds of her wheezing and gasping for breath.
