Record number: 139 Title: That Girl Medium: TV Series Actress: Marlo Thomas Description: Episode "7 1/4", Part 2 (3.7) In another DiD commercial shoot, she is tied to railroad tracks, wearing a old-time heroine style white dress. Action occurs at the end of the episode. Ironically, the advertising campaign was canceled due to excessive violence. Editor Note: Possible there was another DiD scene--I think she was tied to a stake to be burned by irate Native Americans (probably called "wild Indians" at the time of broadcast!). The bound-to-the-tracks scene ended with Donald lifting her from the tracks just before the train rushed by. |

Record number: 302 Title: Whispers in the Dark (1992) Medium: Movie Actress: Deborah Unger, Annabella Sciorra Description: Sciorra plays a psycologist, and Unger is a patient who relates her fantasies of being tied up for sex. This is illustrated with images of her with her hands tied overhead. Later, Sciorra enters her apartment at night and finds another of her patients, John Leguizamo, waiting for her. The very next sequence shows her lying face-down on the floor in a stringent hogtie; her hands are tied tightly behind her back with white rope, ankles also tied and bent all the way towards her wrists, and tightly cleave gagged with a thick white cloth. After a short while, Leguizamo yanks the cloth out from between her teeth (which takes some effort because of how tightly it was tied), revealing another piece of white cloth stuffed in her mouth as packing. She then opens her mouth really wide so that he can fish it out. Both the ropework and gag are very effective; it genuinely looks as though Sciorra cannot say a word, or go anywhere fast. The scene occurs around the 60' mark (with commercials). |
