The killer just opens the trunk, throws in his shopping bag and closes it like her being there is an everyday sight (then again, he is a serial killer, so it might be.) A few minutes later (after the midpoint commercial break) there is a short item of possible interest, as we hear her mmmphing from inside the trunk while it's parked in the killer's garage. Around forty minutes into the episode we get a better, closer, longer look at the abductee. Her hands are tied behind her and her feet are bound with rope, and duct tape is wrapped tightly around her head. The sequence ends around the 45' mark with her being picked up and dumped back in the trunk. She wears a pale blue tank top and skimpy shorts. Given an opening, she draws her gun on him, but he's anticipated her move and has emptied her gun of its bullets. "Don't move!" he barks, as he takes off his belt, and binds her wrists behind her back. Then he (and his partner) march her away from the car. She continues to work on her bonds (shots of her hands working behind her back), and after the villain shoots his partner frees her hands just in time. |
