They are both captured by the crazed medic and are strapped down next to each other on a kitchen island counter. They are strapped down facing in opposite directions, and wearing hospital gowns. Dr. Beck, now totally nuts, intends to do a double heart transplant in his kitchen, exchanging the girls’ hearts. They manage to escape before he can carry out his plan.
