Brief scene, no gag I believe her feet are tied as they are kept together and something black can as i remember be seen around them. I don't know what it is but i am sure its keeping her feet together. |

Record number: 12014 Title: Ties That Bind Medium: TV Movie Actress: Nicole de Boer Description: This made-for-Lifetime movie is a cautionary tale about *not* renting your guest house to psycho/nurses. (Always a sound policy.) Nicole plays Megan, the lawyer/wife, & Brian Krause (Leo on "Charmed") plays the doctor/husband. Sonya Salomaa plays Courtney, the psycho/nurse. In the last 15 minutes, Megan (dressed casually in jeans, t-shirt, sweater, hoodie, & boots) goes to confront Courtney in the guest house. Courtney pulls a syringe and Megan fades to unconsciousness as the movie fades to commercial. When next we see Megan, it's a closeup of her face. Silver duct tape is tightly plastered to her lips. The camera pulls back, & we (& she) discover she is spreadeagled to Courtney's bed (fully clothed as before), in leather medical restraints. Much struggling and m'mmpfhing ensues, in one of the best gloating scenes I've seen in years. Courtney to Megan: "It's no use fighting. I use those to restrain PCP freakouts." No closeups of the restraints, but we can tell she's really helpless. Numerous closeups of her tape-gagged face, and we can see that the tape is well-adhered to her face. A small sliver of tape repeatedly balloons as she pants & tries to scream. VERY convincing Damsel-in-Distress. Meanwhile, Courtney-the-psycho nurse is delivering a chilling monologue. At one point, she climbs on the bed and rests her head on the same pillow as Megan, & the director gives us a dual closeup. Nicole does an *outstanding* job of selling Megan's plight. Courtney delivers a second injection, & again Megan fades into unconsciousness. Later, something strange but wonderful happens: When hubbie comes to rescue Megan, her bonds have been changed! It's still the same hospital restraints, but now her wrists are cuffed together and to her ankles, and an additional of pair are strapped now around her elbows! The elbow cuffs and ankle cuffs are strapped to the bed and the wrist/ankle junction is a double "Y" of straps joined with rings. (I believe this is called "four point restraint" by nurses (psycho and otherwise).) Hubbie rips off the tape and frees her wrists and elbows, then Megan does a crunch and frees her ankles. Then it's off to the climax! |

Secrets d'État, Ep: "La griffe du passé" Record number: 7305 Title: Spooks aka MI-5 Medium: TV Series Actress: Beth Vyse, Unknown Description: Episode: "Office Politics" aka "One Last Dance" (1.3) Plot concerns a terrorist takeover of an embassy in London (which is a decoy for a bank heist of sorts). In the opening few minutes, before the credits roll, a young brunette woman (Vyse) is seen briefly on the floor of a London taxi, hands bound in front with black plasticuffs and gagged with black tape. She's the daughter of someone who has access to MI5's bank. She's later seen in a darkly lit room, standing with hands tied overhead (with rope now), still gagged with tape. This scene lasts about a minute, with some nice close-ups as she's ungagged for a drink, then re-gagged. There are one or two more scenes of her, sometimes very darkly lit, and when she's rescued there's another nice close-up of her gagged face. She mmmphs nicely in most scenes. Towards the end there's also a very brief scene as one of the female terrorists is led away hands secured behind back. |

Record number: 860 Title: The Perfect Daughter (1996) Medium: Movie Actress: Bess Armstrong, Tracey Gold Description: Bess plays the mother of Tracey Gold, who is in trouble with the mob or something. They kidnap Bess and tie her and wrap her in duct tape and tape gag her. She is sitting on the couch when she is tied up and struggles and moans nicely. About five minutes in length, and in the last hour, if not the last 30 minutes. Tracey's character is seriously injured when she is hit by a car while running from the bad guys and is rendered unconscious. Following a trip to the hospital and surgery, she awakens and is securely chained to her bed and is intubated (i.e., has a tube in her mouth and throat). Apparently, she is chained so that she can't take the tube out of her mouth. She mmmphs a few times while in this situation. The tube serves as a king of altenative gag. The scene is a must for alternative gag, faux gag and medical bondage fans. |
