Computers sometimes freeze. online cc orders can be tricky. sometimes you think you've ordered but the computer doesn't process it so meanwhile you're sitting there waiting for it and it never comes. Check your bill. chances are it was never charged s o you'd hafta do it all over again |

Thanks for all the interesting responses -- I did order the tape correctly, the tape WAS charged to my card, it was neither red flagged nor refused. I pay my bills and my account was and is in excellent standing. The charge only appeared after I placed a second order (clearly a screw-up on Bindher's part, as if they'd misplaced the order for over two weeks) -- but the charge did go through and that was Oct 5 -- the other tape (charged on the same day) arrived long since, no problem. I know I can get a refund and I will, but thanks for those suggestions. What I'm wondering is -- did anybody else get the tape and do they want to trade? Mr. Snarky |
