| A couple of posts on Discussion got me thinking. Just how much flexibility DO we have in regards to cap trading? Are we allowed to post in regards to the capsites too?
If we're allowed to post caps and clips, would technical advice or troubleshooting be on topic as part of the trading process? |

As mentioned on Discussion Page, an email address along with a question would allow someone like the Major to answer without Brian having to move a post and bunch of replies around to Bulletin Board, or Trades |

video? I have a DVD Rom and burner, just not sure what software to use to get

I'd think webmasters could post looking for suggestions or ask for help. We might allow a bit more constructive criticism. I don't know about problems, let's say for now that would be ok. Obviously, badgering owners for updates would get the usual. |
