Sorry Chris/Frank, I have a cap, but I have no plans to repost it because you still haven't learned to stop badgering on discussion for caps despite being repeatedly asked over the last few months by the site owner.

I check this page almost daily, but won't accomodate requests that were moved from Discussion or aren't signed.
The former is simply disrespectful to the Old Hitler, and the latter is just plain disresppectful IMO.

As a capper, I would fill requests on here if there were some that didn't break the rules on discussion or have no signature. But Im not going to reward people for being greedy or rude.

These are just some thoughts and ideas I've had since the requests have been assigned this forum. I'm thinking there might be more to Brians idea of moving requests here than simply having a place to chuck the from discussion. This is an opportunity to make something productive out of this forum.

I'd like to see this page become a thriving trading forum. I'm sure that would also inspire more didcap sites. I'm sure we all would like that. In order to make that effective, we all have to become organized somehow.

From the mission statement, "[Old Hitler] will make no attempt to police this board."
That means it's up to us. That includes both the cappers AND the requesters. I think both sides should all weigh in on our opinions about cap requests and trading.

The requesters should have a say in it too, not everyone has the ability to make caps. That that shouldn't be held against them. There is a difference between requesting a scene and badgering for it.

These aren't rules I'm thinking of, but a general idea of what everyone should expect when they visit this page.
Maybe if we get this forum lively enough Brian will be pleased enough to bumped it up a little higher in the menu to increase it's long term potential.

Anubis, my name is Rob, and I would really like caps of her hand gagged if you had them, I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much. Sorry for the confusion I'm new to this system.

Anubis do you have pictures of the girl tied and gagged on Point Pleasant? The hot blonde one? Also do you have anything with Jessica biel from Ulee's Gold?

Does anyone know if Ashlee simpson will be tied, or hand gagged in her upcoming movies/tv?

This is officially ridiculous. "Thriving trading forum"? Not gonna' happen when you've got adolescents like this guy around. Try it one more time, pal.

That's part of the goal. To be extremely fair, it was
Jay L. that convinced me to move all the cap requests
here. It seems to be working out ok, other than one
person who seems to be having trouble.

Repeated violations will start getting the requests
deleted, eventually the person in question banned.

Sure. It's been one of the goals of this site for a long
time to encourage other content providers, hence the
Friends Page.

That more refers to me not taking responsibility for
making sure that traders weren't violating copyright
or other legal conditions.

The usual requirements for decorum still apply, so
The Mod can poke his head in here as he pleases.

It is kind of a weak sister. Not as bad as Favorite
Scenes, that just probably ought to go away.

Ok, let's not get into a big bashing contest. I think
Anubis is on the right track, lay out for guys what the
standards are for asking about caps.

Oh Yes it is.
All it took was a trip to the Beer Store down from the Major's for me to get ahold of "The Hole" part 2 clip,
whilst the Major busy with "Mummy & Armadillo"

Put up an email address if you want to have a look

I can say there are a few things that instantly make me shoot down the possibilities of filling a request. These are my own personal guidelines that I use, nothing says others have to follow them too.

I was going to get more into it when I arrive here this evening, but right about now this guy "Rob" or "Chris" or whichever name he is using today, has really pissed me off, so I'll wait until I'm in a better mood for it. Suffice it to say I regret posting the Zoey handgag cap url, and have no intention of filling ANY more of his extremely rude requests.

Suffice it to say it's a textbook example of EVERYTHING that will make sure your requests WON'T get filled. Give them an inch, and they'll demand another yard.

Yes, I have the entire scene. Video file and about 10 screen caps.
See the above post.

I meant it seems to be up to us to formulate some kind of group standard for requests as a group, as there are no official guidelines set in place. The following are some opinions about requests. They are my own guidelines that I use, and don't expect other cappers to have to agree with me. They might seem a little griping, probably because my mood on the subject has been thrown off a bit right now.

My own criteria are as follows:

A legit moniker- Why would I do work for someone who won't even tell me who he is? That is just so rude. This includes names obviously up on the spot, like "me" or "Dude" or randomly chosen names. I'm usually good at seeing right through those.

Good attitude- Groveling, pestering, badgering, etc. won't get you anywhere. Acting like we HAVE to post it for you "because I really want it so you HAVE to" makes me question WHY I got into the capping game in the first place.

Lists of muyltiple requests- Im not going to fill anyones 15 scene list of requests. I ain't their bitch.

And of course, PLEASE and THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

My fault huh?

In my defence,
Not being from the United States, I understand the foreign posters here, and similar didn't want Cap Requests "Off-Topic" at all.
Figured learning to clip and sending fellas in United States (like Anubis), foreign to US scenes would make them consider clipping all the scenes down there more "returning the favour".

But that didn't happen, so figured next best was to try and get it working over here.
You have to admit, sharing International clips an hour, or two after airing aheckofalot better than the 3 weeks mailing time huh? ;)

Which I think is a great idea, and one I supported on Discussion when it was brought up. One of the things I have in mind was uploading your clips to urls and reposting them here.
Upgrading to cable now means upload time is no longer a problem, which would make it easier to fill requests these days.
