Sunday October 30 00:27:53 2016 Lifetime Marathon. |
I have to laugh. The Lifetime Movie Network is airing promos for an "All Tied Up" movie marathon on Friday. The promo clips show various movies, including the one where the woman gets duct-taped in the attic. It's funny to see the executives at the LMN recognize one of the appeals of their otherwise not so great movies. |

I recorded this the other day on the DVR, but am out of town & haven't been able to watch it yet. So it IS edited & missing some shots of Joanna? As most of you, I have the entire scene already but a 24-year old copy originally recorded onto a VHS tape, so quality isn't the best & I'd hoped for an upgrade. But I"d rather have a slightly faded & grainy uncut scene than an edited, butchered one in better quality. So again, till I can watch it myself, it's been confirmed that the scene HAS been cut some? Or were folks just remembering the scene longer than it actually is? |

Promo for Wednesday's episode shows 2 females (and 3 guys) being marched down stairs with hands taped in front. No gags, but worth a look. |

Sunday October 30 21:30:13 2016 Ace Crawford Private Eye |
Okay--this is a long shot. I seem to recall a short lived show on CBS in the 1980's. Ace Crawford Private Eye. It was a Tim Conway show but I think that Shera Danese who played Luna(?) was tied and gagged for comedy. Am I crazy or am I right? Has anyone else thought of this (of course of a certain age). |

It has two entries for Crawford, one with Danese (aka Mrs. Peter Falk). |
