Holy Grails
Now that the Barbi Benton scene has surfaced, what do people think are the holiest grails of scenes that seem lost?

For me I'd love to have Linda Gray's scene from the old Norman Lear show All That Glitters. I remember seeing it as a teen but that was just pre-VCR. I wonder if it exists anywhere.

I'm still trying to find the Bud Light commercial with the female musicians tied up and tape gagged.

The Mariella Frostrup scene from the early 90s show The Last Picture Show.

I'd like to see the episode from Dog and Cat in which Kim Basinger is bound and gagged.

She has no hits in the database. Can you detail the scene?

For me, still trying to get a full copy of Nancy Frangione's white tape-gag scene in Another World from 1986. I think most of it has been shown, but the beginning has still not surfaced.

But several of the senior contributors have stated that the scene, to use American terminology, "isn't all that", & viewing it may result in disappointment & depression.

I'd love to see Michelle Pfeiffer's two full-treatments in B.A.D. Cats when she was in her mid-twenties.

Getting upset about an entry which is at least 10 years old isn’t going to accomplish anything. It’s hard enough to get people to actually contribute, without getting personal about what somebody else considers important in a scene.

As for standards, Brian does have some listed on the Database add page. Some people adhere to them, some people don’t. Personally, I’d rather have a sketchy entry which can be improved on than no entry at all.

There are hundreds of entries which can use additional details. When you find one, you can help the community by sending a note to the corrections page, or you can sulk.

Normally a follow-up to a deleted entry would be removed
as well, but there are a lot of good comments and Mr. G
cleverly didn't quote the offending portions, so I will
let this remain.

Everyone has the right to express an opinion of a scene,
and to claim that people posting contrary opinions to
yours somehow is unfair or creating a hostile environment
is ridiculous.

Furthermore, ascribing malicious intent to a sketchy DB
entry is beyond ridiculous. After all, it WAS entered.
Someone who didn't think such scenes belonged probably
wouldn't have put it in at all. The DB is full of bare
scenes of all types.

No one here (except me of course) has the right to tell
others what they can and can't post. I will be extry
vigilant on that score for a while.

The show was a reverse world where women were the dominant gender and the Linda Gray character was someone famous, actress or newsbabe, and gets kidnapped for ransom by two yokels. I remember she was wearing boots and was tied hands behind back and cleave gagged. She made lot of noise under the gag and when one of the yokels planned to have his way with her he got a shock off-camera as she was supposed to be a trans-sexual. All played for comedy. Linda Gray was super hot as this was just pre-Dallas.

Another really obscure (but great) scene I'd love to see again is from Tim Conway's old show Ace Crawford, Private Eye. Co-star Shera Danise gets tied to chair and OTM gagged by a gentleman bandit. She was bait in a supposed sting and a real looker.

Ah, Holy Grails!!

Shirley Jones in The Name of the Game. Connie Sellecca in P.S. I luv You--I've seen the clip floating around, but I want the full scene if not the full episode.

Won't have to wait much longer for the "Name of the Game" scene, season one is due on DVD August 19th. That season includes the Shirley Jones scene as well as the series other two database entries featuring Susan Saint James and Jessica Walter.
