Gun to my head, probably "The Question" from season 7 of the "Mission Impossible" TV show. Pretty woman, nice trim figure, reasonably long, well-lit scene with a variety of long shots and close-ups as she struggles off of and back onto a bed, and a cradle-carry, which I've always loved. That sure would be a sad day, though.

Given her numerous B&G scenes, an interesting cover

To me, it'd be this one:

Title: The Disappearance of Alice Creed (2009)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Gemma Arterton

First of all, the scene lasts almost for the entire movie, only some pauses.
The damsel's securely restrained on a bed, spreadeagled, ballgagged, and barefoot.
Despite some flaws in the kidnappers' plan, the setting and the outstanding acting from Gemma Arterton totally add to this sensation of hopelessness and submission, especially during the first part of the movie.
This moment is so iconic and its quality so high, that they filmed two remakes, 'Bloedlink' (Dutch) and 'Kidnapping Stella' (German)

I'm so fond of this scene that I even imagined my own version: https://www.deviantart.com/stash/0zhpz9ulyf4

Iyo and Kairi are definitely top of my Japanese list, along with the BABYMETAL girls. I'd sell my whole soul to the devil himself for just one.

It almost looks like michelle williams from destiny child

Yep, it looks like her. But which music video appearances did she make, and is this one of them - and where and when?

As predicted, no full treatment in this one. Meghan's character gets knocked out via injection and spends the second hour of the movie in handcuffs and shackles.
