And...of course....he never followed thru with it. All in all a disappointing episode. Never an actual live-action gag scene. One girl obviously gagged but with a bag over her head & another one seen only in a photo. Bleh. |

Saturday April 01 12:29:48 2017 Grace Lee Whitney vs Ruth Whitney |
They're actually two separate actresses. Even IMDB was confused but they've made the proper corrections -------------------------------- Record number: 3602 Title: The Texan Meets Calamity Jane (1950) aka The Judge Has an Alibi aka Calamity Jane and the Texan Medium: Movie Actress: Grace Lee Whitney aka Ruth Whitney Description: Roughly 55 minutes into the film, Cecelia Mullen (Whitney) appears sitting in a chair bound with rope and loosely gagged with a red bandanna after "Calam" (Evelyn Ankers) kicks open the door to her room after hearing Cecelia's mmphs in response to her knocking on the door. Look closely as the rope is removed, however, and you'll see that it was only wrapped around Whitney's chest and each of her upper arms and neither bound her to the chair nor was tied around her wrists, although she makes a spectacle of rubbing them after pulling them from behind her. |

If not to plan an escape attempt, the wife and friend-turned-mistress could possibly clue together who their masked abductors could be, or working for. And since later the villains make their escape by taping several explosives to the wife, they were the ruthless sort who wouldn't be concerned about "unnecessary" gags. |

Saw it at the cinema yesterday. No gag nada, zip. Happy April Fools then presumably. Man she needs the full treatment asap tho she's ageing like a fine wine, as lovely as ever |
Saturday April 01 21:51:15 2017 Prison Break |
A half-hour preview show on Fox didn't show much but did have one quick scene of a gun being pointed at Sarah Wayne Callies so perhaps something might happen. |
Saturday April 01 22:03:37 2017 Fatal Defense on Lifetime |
In the first five minutes, Ashely Scott gets captured by the burglar and gets tied taped to a chair and taped gagged. Later in the movie she gets her hands ziptied behind her back and put in the defense trainer's car trunk as a test. Near the end the daughter (Sophie Guest) is seen at a park tied to a tree and cleave gagged. |

Saturday April 01 23:27:34 2017 Re : King Cider |
See the trailer for King Cider over on the video page. Remember seeing this once as a kid and never since. Young Lesley Manville in a classic d-i-d scenario. Looks like microfoam tape too! Would love to see the whole scene again. |

Sorry make that title King Cinder, as befitting a motorbike stunt ace. "King Cider" sounds like an apple orchard enterprise ha ha |
