Saturday March 04 09:35:17 2017 Hard Ticket |
Hey guys, I just posted an alert but wanted to mention this here also. Next week on (of all channels) Turner Classic Movies there will be a rare showing of HARD TICKET TO HAWAII on March 12 (late March 11 if you prefer) at 3:15 AM central time. This thing NEVER pops up on TV and I'm not sure it's even available on DVD. In any case, here's a chance for those of you (like me) who still have their original copy of Cynthia Brimhall's tie-and-gag scene from when it originally aired and are BADLY in need of an upgrade! |

Saturday March 04 10:54:39 2017 Logan (2017) |
Logan is simply a magnificent film no denying it. And Dafne Keen is a force of nature. She'll be the Queen Of Spain in about 5 years at this rate. Those metal hog-cuffs she endures are quite eye catching. No gag but when the film is this good who cares. Look forward to following her entire career happily |

I think the Andy Sidaris films used to air on USA Network's "Up All Night" with Gilbert Gottfried poking fun at the "acting", so it's refreshing that TCM is utilizing a more relaxed definition of "Classic" for an evening. Who knows, for DiD fans, perhaps TCM could delve into the USA Network staple of 1970s-1980s "Women's prison" films. |

I've got the scene if keen, though it's pretty much what you see in the photo, no mmphing or struggling. No idea if there is anything from before, never been able to find which episode. |
