Wonder if there's good-quality scans of this? I'd like to read them if possible.

In fact "Web Cam Girls" (2017) was one female online reviewer's pick for "Lifetime's Best 2017 movie".
https://unobtainium13.com/2018/01/17/2017-in-review-the-best-of-lifetime/

"Web Cam Girls" was her pick in the categories of Best Picture; Best Director; Best Supporting Actress (Tonya Kay); and Best Production Design.

Nominations for DiDs Sedona Legge (Best Actress) and Lorynn York (Best Supporting Actress); Best Screenplay; and Best Editing.

I agree -- "Web Cam Girls" was worthy of an indy theatrical release. Some of the lower ratings from IMDB reviewers appear to be the that "Web Cam Girls" "...revealed the villain too early". Well, that was intentional -- The film SETS UP AS a whodunnit, but about 40 minutes in (w/ commercials) after the reveal, the film veers into being a straight thriller. Just as top movies such as "Million Dollar Baby" and "Predator" (1987) begin as one type of film, then shift the viewer into a different film altogether.

And the shift was especially effective because the trailer for "Web Cam Girls" -- unlike many other Lifetime TV-movies, not only didn't give away the storyline, the trailer (and even the synopsis) didn't prepare the viewer for the shift.

LOL, let's not try to imply that it was Oscar-worthy or something. It was a very average movie that had two very attractive girls bound and gagged, and one of them got a ball gag, which set off lots of fireworks for us. But that's it. Not exactly "The Godfather" in terms of cinematic achievement.

I don't think they were saying that, just that it was good for a Lifetime movie. And great for a DID movie :)

Re: Best Lifetime Movies (mainstream reviews)
Web Cam Girls was a cut above the usual Lifetime efforts. Was well-written and more slickly produced. From a DiD point of view obviously it's Lifetime's best effort by a country mile. One of the best mainstream bondage films ever, up there with Endure, Alice Creed, Terror Among Us etc. Web Cam Girls deserves a dvd/bluray release too. Cleveland Abduction was released on dvd, probably due to it being based on actual events. Always hoping Lifetime can match it again some day; nothing they've done since has come close bondage-wise.

Re: Best Lifetime Movies (mainstream reviews)
Web Cam Girls sucks. I mean the movie is suck but the bondage is still top tier. I have watched the whole movie and I feel like it's just like some kind of average bondage fiction story that I can easily found and read on internet lol.
