Reportedly there was some friction between Kate Mulgrew and Jeri Ryan on "Star Trek: Voyager," so Kate may have taken some satisfaction in helping to strap "7" down on a table in one episode.

Episode 3 - actress is Amara Sangam. Gets a cleave gag at around 13 mins and later is shown at 34:20 mins before her body is discovered. She is gagged the whole time. Great mmphing and gag talk.

Episode 5 - actress is Suparna Moitra. She gets an OTM at about 3 mins before her tongue is cut off. Then she is shown at 5:30 mins, her face is a bit bloody and now with a tape gag, she is chained up. Then at 22:20 mins, one of the captor tries to free her but the gag is never taken off. Great mmmphing, scene isn't as brutal as in Luther.

I think the iconic Yancy Butler "Periculum" episode fills the bill. I *love* that scene.

Record number: 5913

Title: Witchblade (2001)
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Yancy Butler

Description: Episode: "Periculum" (1.07)

After Conor's killed, Sara's whacked and it is at this moment the Witchblade decides to really mess with her, tying her to her bed with various tendrils/tentacles, even gagging her (by stuffing itself into her mouth) so as not to be able to answer the calls of the antiques boy out in the hallway. All of this while she's in her undies (white camisole over visible black bra straps, and low-cut white panties/shorts). Occurs throughout most of the episode.

DiD scene LOL moments
Moments in a scene which made you laugh? Doesn't even have to be related to the damsel herself; maybe a captor/villainess said something funny, or the director shot a ridiculously placed jump cut.

TJ Hooker S05E09 -- Heather Locklear trying to reason with her captor, to which he says "SHUDDUUUUUUPPPPPPP!!!!" in the whiniest, dweebiest voice ever.
Qitapenas S01E18-S01E19 -- Gun-toting bad guy stuttering at 2 damsels who look at him like "What is this retard yabbering about?"
Sweet Valley High S03E20 -- Shirlee Elliot complaining "WHAT is with that polyester gaaaag?"
Jackie Chan's Police Story -- Right after freeing the damsel and leading her out of the room, a bad guy just jumps randomly into shot, screaming "DAAAAARGGGGHHH!!!!!"

Return to Halloweentown (2006) with Sarah Paxton features a scene where she is magically silenced although it is extremely short and there isn’t an actual visible gag.

Parker Posey in the "Josie and the Pussycats" (2001) movie, where she is has her hands tied in front, pulls off her tape-gag, makes a comment, then gives a "Oh right, the captives are supposed to be 'helpless'" expression and re-tapes her mouth. The scriptwriter and director demonstrating they were in on Brian's Pagers poking fun at the suspension of disbelief that persons with wrists tied in front (Unanchored) are unable to un-gag themselves.

Rachel Blakely in "Max Knight: Ultra Spy" (2000) making up for her lack of a b&g scene in "The Lost World" series: Strapped to a recliner and bandana gagged for the villain's brainwashing device, the minions suddenly break out into an extended song & dance number to K.C. and the Sunshine Band's "That's the Way (I Like It)"!

Heather was involved in bunch of classic one-liners.

My all-time favorite still is Richard Hatch stroking Heather's tape-gagged face in Trackdown, saying "how do you like it, copper? Not exactly what you had in mind when you sailed through the Academy, huh?"

In Blood Sport, Soon Tek-Oh puts a sword to Heather's cleave-gagged face and says "I'll say hello to your friends for you."

There was an episode of Wonder Woman where Lynda Carter is bound and gagged, and is discovered by her rescuer, a clumsy and oafish nerd. He is prolonging her captivity through his bumbling efforts to free her. Instead of removing her gag first, he struggles to untie her ankles. She tries to communicate while gagged that he should remove her gag first, but he is oblivious to this. She then gives a humorous eye roll at his inept efforts to free her.

Yeeeuuuch...........There was me hoping über-cutie Jessica Barden was the one getting a scene, but instead it turned out to be some harsh-faced granny who takes crazy swipes at her.

It's at 34mins for those who feel they have to see it, but I really REALLY don't recommend. This one's the disappointment of the year for me so far.

That was the late Peter Scolari, who just passed, in one of his first roles. And Andrew Duggan was also in that episode with the classic line "put a gag on her mouth. I don't have to listen to these obscenities."

And Richard Hatch passed a few years ago, he not only of the classic Trackdown episode, but he played the cop rescuing Shawn Weatherly in "Party Line," two of the best white tape scenes IMO.

A fairly comical moment happens on the episode of "Police Squad", when Tessa Richarde is tied to a chair with her hands behind her & cleave gagged. As she's struggling, we see her reach up with one arm & wipe the sweat off her face and then immediately place her hand behind her back again!
Sounds awkward explaining it but if you've seen the scene (and who hasn't??) you know the one I'm talking about!

Another one that made ME chuckle was an episode of "All My Children", where Erica (Susan Lucci) is being held prisoner in a wine cellar. She spends most of the time tied to a chair & cleave gagged. At one point her captor ungags her and they start to bicker (she knows him, I think she was married to her brother or something). Anyway, it gets heated and she finally says "You know what? You better gag me again because I am about to say some things that a lady just shouldn't say" (or something like that)....and he politely obliges!

That was Jeffrey Byron, not Peter Scolari. Though younger Byron looked a bit like a bigger Scolari.

Not a "scene" but practically an entire Prundential Insurance commercial from 1979-80. A guy comes home to find his house ransacked and his wife bound and gagged. He makes no attempt to release her, but rattles off the many ways they are covered. She's still B&G in the tag at the end when he asks "Honey, why didn't you call?"

Re: DiD scene LOL moments

I remembered this after I sent the previous post. The opening gambit of the the "MacGyver" episode "Target: MacGyver" a female Army general is being held at a beach house. She's tape gagged and cuffed to a chair while her captors are ogling some bikini clad beach bunnies. While the two guys are doing this, she's shaking her head and rolling her eyes as is she's thinking "I can't believe these guys"

And somehow the iconic Moonlighting "Atomic Shakespeare" madcap scene wasn't one of my first thoughts. If only the "West Side Story" 2021-remake (the original 1957 stage version itself a remake of "Romeo and Juliet") had woven in such a song & dance number.

Record number: 110

Title: Moonlighting
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Cybill Shepherd

Description: Episode: "Atomic Shakespeare" (3.7)

The "Taming of the Shrew" spoof episode. A very reluctant Maddie (as Kate) is bound (wrists in front) and cleave-gagged with a white cloth for her wedding. Medium length scene.

Cybill is a reluctant bride who is in the church kneeling at the altar, bound and gagged. He comes in and remarks "How Well She Doth Look In Bondage", as she glares at him over the gag. He pulls down the gag to kiss her, replaces it, and leads the wedding guests in a wild rendition of The Rascals' "Good Lovin'" to celebrate the wedding. Following the ceremony, he carries the still tied and gagged Cybill out of the church and off to his bedchamber.

A "Twin Peaks" episode where Madchen Amick was discovered B&G with a bomb soon to go off and desperately mmmphed to potential rescuer Piper Laurie, who replied "I can't understand you. You have a thing in your mouth." That was funny, but it was the irritated, impatient look on her face that really increased the fun.
There was a similar scene in one of my favorite Kung Fu movies, "The Loot," with Lily Li making modest little noises of distress to two arriving heroes, one of whom asks if she's okay. "How can she tell us?" the other man sneers. "There's a cloth tied in her mouth."

Stars Toni Braxton and a bunch of other hotties, including Kaitlyn Leeb, who plays a cop.
