| Posted this on the main forum page, the responses didn't address my questions: In the She-Ra and Princesses of Power episode linked below, are Adora's bonds at the end of clip considered manacles, clamps or something else. https://trifecta3.net/videos/cartoons/she-ra-and-the-princesses-of-power-ep-303-304/ Next, in The photo from "The Torturer" (2008) linked below, is Ayesha's gag considered a stuff gag or something else? http://sofahelden.com/index/artikel/Torturer-A-New-Kind-of-Terror/1046 David B |

The appear to be metal, and there are actual manacles that cover the entire forearm. As for the gag, it's actually a cleave. The thick cloth is tied in place with what appears to be twine or rawhide or a shoelace. Whatever the material, it still qualifies as a cleave gag. |

Subtle difference, but clamps are attached to something, and the limb is brought to it and secured: https://i.imgur.com/quRqdhR.jpg A manacle or shackle is worn: https://i.imgur.com/w5JAqMp.jpg |
