[1617] Eaten Alive (1976) aka Death Trap aka Horror Hotel aka Murder on the Bayou
She's actually dressed in a short white slip.
She's attacked and tied hands behind in the bathroom. The man leaves to chase her daughter. Marilyn gets to her feet and gets out of the room, shouting for help. The attacker returns as she is partway down the hotel stairs and chases her back up to the second floor, slowly backing her up against a room door as she pleads with him. That scene ends; when next we see her she's on a bed, hands tied apart to the headboard and feet tied together to the footboard. At least initially her feet are in the air above the mattress due to the tight ropes leading to the top of the footboard. She's gagged with an 'X" of black duct tape over her mouth and another strip which appears to go over her lips and around her head. Much struggling and muffled shouting/screaming ensues as we return to her predicament on several occasions. The noise she's making finally brings another young woman into the room, who then frees her.

Its actually a white camisole and tap pants, but except for that minor edit, I've replaced the entire description with your update.
