[12815] La Esclava Isaura (2007) aka La Escrava Isaura
Here's what I know:

This is one of the most well-known and heavily broadcast long-running soap operas in Latin America, based on a novel (or series of novels). Whether the title is "Esclava" or "Escrava" seems to be whether one is referring to the series as it aired in Spanish-speaking countries or in Portuguese-speaking countries, I believe. The story (but remember, this is a soap) involves Isaura's attempts to be steadfastly honorable and virginous in the face of the vagaries of fate and the treacheries of those around her who control her.

The actress is Lucelia Santos. Gorgeous. A perfect DiD.

There's lots and lots of clips of this soap on Youtube. I've downloaded a few other bondage-related ones, especially episodes 140.4, 140.5, 140.8, 141.1, all of which involve Srta Santos gag with a white cleave, as she attempts to resist advances.

[12815] La Esclava Isaura (2007) aka La Escrava Isaura
'A Escrava Isaura' (The Slave Isaura) is a Brazilian book about a white woman who have slave ancestry, thus she's legally a slave. It's a XIX century pro-abolition romance book that transformed in at least two movies and two soap operas. The second soap opera is from 2004, and not 2007, and it has been sold to many Latin American countries, so I am guessing that this scene comes from this one.

Prefer you go with the IMDB as a search standard

This is why I don't like dates added to foreign soaps.
So the date is gone and the IMDB will be the standard for the prime Title
