I noticed that the Database Entry for the episode entitled "No One To Watch Over Me" lists the bound and gagged actress as "unknown". I consulted the Internet Movie Database and learned that her name is Elisabeth Moss.

You realise Hadji I know you're one of the good guys here,
but I'd really like you to use Brian's click in there so I don't have to go look up the entry number.

I'll stop sqwacking as could be pointed out I'm bone idle at times. ;)

[11236] Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979)
I just watched this on DVD tonight, so here's a corrected entry:

Peter Graves guest stars as Space Marines Major Cooper. He and his squadron are brought out of retirement to thwart husband & wife criminals who plan to attack Earth from their asteroid base with stolen 20th Century nerve gas.

Buck Rogers & Colonel Wilma Deering's ship is shot down early in the preemptive attack, and they are captured. The villains were maimed years earlier when Wilma attempted to capture them and their ship caught fire, leaving the husband with severe facial damage and the wife with an artifical hand. Buck's hands are cuffed behind his back and Wilma's ankles are shackled. A flaming torch is held to Buck's face and Wilma is told that she will have to extinguish the flames with her bare hands. A brief fracas ensues (Buck kicks, Wilma grapples), ending the threat. They are taken to "the holding room", where their restraints have already been removed in the next scene.

Wilma Deering is clad in her white flight suit uniform.

[8166] Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979)
Here's my suggestion for the complete entry:

Title: Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979)
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Ana Alicia aka Ana Alicia Ortiz aka Ana-Alicia

Description: Episode: "Vegas in Space" (1.5)

In the last 15 minutes of the episode, Ana (playing Falina Redding) is strapped to a reclining chair, with restraints at her wrists and torso. As Buck Rogers bursts into the room for the rescue, she strains some at her restraints, assisting with a well-placed kick. Ana wears an orange ensemble--minidress, tights and shiny high-heeled boots.
