OK. It may or may not matter but there is a small discrepency in the descriptions of C.O.D.
The comedy concerns the efforts of a detective (Chris Lemmon) and his secretary. Lemmon is not the bra company owner. The owner, in order to keep the bra company, he just took over, off the financial rocks, hires Lemmon to find many different celebrities to endorse his bras. In one scene, it is the detective who sneaks onto the set of a Horror movie and poses as a zombie extra. During the shooting he tries to convince the actress to advertise the company's bras and he keeps ruining scenes. Although you are correct about the bondage. Ms. Wahl isn't the "star". There are many women who show there "charms" in the movie. I don't know why this is funny but the Goddess, Ms. Wahl is to be sacrificed to, is called Yolanda Ma-hay-soose (sp?) You might add that the very busomy Ms. Wahl does some incredible chest heaving and struggling during her bondage. There is also a scene of a "henchman(woman)" who, dressed as a witch at an orgy costume party, is captured by having a net thrown over her. You hear her say, as they drag her off to do naughty things to her, "Ah...what the Hell." Later, the henchwoman, having gone through many mishaps and failed assassination attempts, is seen wrapped in medical bandages, like a mummy, but with crutches. Thanks for allowing me to help. :) |

I hate to be a pest but this wasn't Benny Hill's only feature film. He also played the "toy maker" in "Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang". You can see more here: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001350/ |

IMdB dates this series at 1956.
(Background: As a "charter member" of the Mickey Mouse Club--I had the ears and a membership card to prove it--I concur that this "mini-series" ran within the "Mickey Mouse Club" program that year. I believe it occupied the "western slot" before "Spin and Marty" took it over, which was much more well-known. But I do vividly recall the Darlene Gillespie scene, exactly as described here. Darlene was one of the "older" Mouseketeers (along with Bobby). Annette Funicello didn't really come into her own until the late fifties. |

According to IMDB.com, Michelle Michaels played pirate Ann Bonny; Kimberly Adair played Mary Read. |
