[24895] The Perfection (2018)
I saw more scenes in this film than the OP did, and more tags too. In offering this update, I also remove some spoilers, to enable the twists to have better effect. I encourage people to watch the film in full.

Description:
A rising star of a small music academy, and a former pupil, who had to withdraw because of her sick mother, come together in this nicely-twisted horror film. The academy expects perfection of performance from its best pupils, 'The Chosen'; without it, they cannot get close to God, and they pay the price.

6', 58' and 81': There are brief flashbacks for Charlotte Willmore (Allison Williams), in which we see (with slight variations) part of her head shaved, electrodes applied to it, a bit gag inserted in her mouth, and cuffs tightened around her bare ankles on a gurney. A button on the machine is pressed, and her lower legs (all we see) spasm.

63': The director of the academy manhandles a struggling Charlotte along a corridor, holding her firmly around her upper body and arms. She has wadding in, and protruding from, her mouth (without anything to hold it in place; she could easily eject it, sigh), and her wrists are bound with rope. She wears a baggy, woollen sweater, ripped jeans and thick socks. She does land a couple of blows on the director, but nonetheless, he drags her by her bound wrists down two flights of stairs (she slides impressively on the second flight), into the 'Chapel', a small, beautiful space for music performance. Again, Charlotte lands a blow, head-butts her former lover, Elizabeth Wells (Logan Browning), and tries to make a run for it, but he catches her, and delivers a forceful punch to knock her out.

64': Charlotte is now on stage in the Chapel, in elegant evening attire. She wears a full-length, red gown, designer high-heels, and has a short gold chain and padlock at each of her ankles to hold them apart, and to the floor near the front legs of her upright chair. Her hair and face are also fit for a formal occasion. Everyone else is in evening dress too. The director tells her the piece she will play, even though she declares she is not ready; she has been away from music for years.

Now comes an enhancement of the rules; if Charlotte can play perfectly, she will be free to go. However, should she make even one mistake, it is not she, but a newly-arrived young pupil who will pay the price. After fruitless protests, Charlotte reaches for the cello, and plays. She does well, but her performance is deemed not to have been perfect.

73': Charlotte is still on the chair in the centre of the small stage, but now her wrists are bound with thin cord to the set in an upper spreadeagle. She screams for help, in vain. One of the two tutors pulls a lever next to the stage, and the floor around the chair tips back about 15 degrees. The chains around Charlotte's ankles are now taut, and the men approach, ready to prepare her for the director's attention. However, Elizabeth demands the first go, and the men give way, holding Charlotte's legs apart.
