The entry specifically states that there is no gag, and she is tied with rope. Apparently either you or the original poster have misidentified the episode. Until I can verify who, I'll leave it as is.

Captured and what? There are real people with real time
spent doing these updates. Why do we need this sort
of thing for a freaking cartoon dog?
