| Just wanted to inform everybody over here that there is finally a way to save vids from streaming platforms using segmented files (ooyala etc): The newest version of Mozilla Downloadhelper enables the user to save while watching. After the whole clip has been streamed the user will be asked if he wants to convert or simply join the downloaded files (MPEG: 20 minutes in 640x460 = ca. 90MB)! It's all quite simple but perhaps it would be helpful if a Native English speaker could describe the whole process a little more detailed! :) |
