| This does not come from an HD source but the usual low-quality SD source. I tried a new software (Topaz Video Enhance if you're curious) that can enhance SD sources pretty well. | In this Russian cooking reality show, one the ladies gets wraparound gagged with black gaffer tape around 39 minutes in.
