The Penguin wants to marry her and will kill her father, Commissioner Gordon, unless she accedes to his nupitial demands. The gag's removed and she's unbound several minutes later (this latter scene was cut from the SCIFI airing). Little does the Penguin know that Barbara Gordon is the secret identity for Batgirl . . . . |
