| Sasha Bruder (Kim Shaw) has always wanted to be a star news reporter. Working her way up the ladder at a local TV station, she often covers community events but dreams of covering a bigger story. However, when she is kidnapped and held captive, she has all of a sudden become the story. Her dramatic escape soon becomes all anyone can talk about, and yet, who would want to kill Sasha and why? Sasha soon learns that she might not be as safe as she thought. Nothing is as it seems in the cutthroat world of TV news and the threat may be closer to home than originally suspected. Record number: 24694 Title: Escaping My Stalker (2019) aka Homeless at 17 Medium: TV Movie Actress: Alexandra Paul Description: Lifetime movie about formerly homeless teen Taylor finds herself being stalked by a vengeful young man and his grandmother, who blame her for the suicide of their respective brother and grandson. In the final 30 minutes, her foster mother Sandy (Paul) is lured into investigating an open back door, leading her to get knocked out with chloroform by vengeful grandson Miles. Alexandra Paul's chloro scene occurs at approx 1:44 (w/ commercials); 1:02 w/o commercials. After tying her husband to a chair, Miles takes Sandy to his grandmother's house, where she is shown seated on a couch with her hands duct taped criss-crossed behind her while Miles calls Taylor, telling her to come to the house alone. During their wait, grandmother Marnie threatens to have Sandy gagged if she didn't behave, and has Miles do so with a short, wide, and loosely applied piece of duct tape when she attempts to talk sense into him. The onscreen gagging occurs at 1:10 w/o commercials, preceded by the evil grandmother's "Shut your mouth, whore. Gag her!". Some muffled gag talk as Miles prepares to shoot Sandy, but he's stopped when Taylor arrives just in time to meet their demands. Sandy's release happens off-screen after the police arrive, shortly after Miles decides not to go through with his grandmother's demands of killing Taylor.
