Title: The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou (2004) Medium: Movie Actress: Cate Blanchett Description: An unexpecting and delightful Cate Blanchett playing Jane a reporter aboard the "Belafonte", Zissou's boat. She is seen half way into the movie in a hogtie with ropes binding her wrist behind her back and her ankles. She is lying on her belly in a classic hogtie. She is tied as such by Philippino sea pirates who attack the boat. She is seen later on blindfolded on her knees. Her arms are seemingly tied behind her back but we never get to see her wrists. Many of the other members of the crew are similarly tied and blindfolded by the bandits. However the movie has a comedy tone and therefore no sense of real danger is intended. Captain Zissou cuts himself loose and saves the day. On May 10, this movie comes out on DVD. |
