They are not exactly villainesses but The Handmaid's Tale (1990) movie: Aunt Lydia (Tennant) is a staff member of an institution for young women who is accosted by a pair of her charges, Moira (Elizabeth McGovern) and Kate (Natasha Richardson), during their escape. At 46mins, having been lured into a restroom, Lydia is shown being held face down on the floor and straddled by Moira, who is majorly pissed off and uses lots of threatening language. As Lydia struggles and kicks her high-heeled feet around, Kate gags her onscreen with a wide strip of white tape and blindfolds her with a white bandage, all to much angry mmpphhing. |

She wails profusely and Jerrod Carmichael’s character (a fellow traveler) covers her mouth. Bit of muffled noise but Stone bites the hand and breaks free. Stone later apologises for biting and there is a discussion about it for people interested in that thing |

| In the episode titled Flesh and Blood, Diana Silvers gets pinned to her bed by her father and handgags her at the 40 minute mark. In the last 15 minutes, Diana is sitting on the floor with her wrists tied behind her back (not gagged unfortunately) with a cord, but is able to cut herself free with a box cutter. |

Goggins-Giardina was wearing a bikini as Christa Sauls was being bound and gagged. She seems to have been rescued by her two female compatriots, Alison Armitage and Lydie Denier. |
