[1513] Another Day in Paradise (1998)
The actress has her hands secured behind her back with silver duct tape -- and a duct-tape gag which is then pulled off. She is on her knees, then, seen from behind, she gets up to run -- but she is slow and soon caught. Back on her knees, she meets a grim fate.

She is attractive and the scene has a sense of realism -- but it will appeal mostly to duct-tape fans.

[408] The Hidan of Maukbeiangjow (1973) aka Invasion of the Girl Snatchers
Attractive heroine Elizabeth Rush spends most of her time on-screen (which is considerable) hogtied. Toward the end of the movie, her feet are untied and she is seen running (and even firing a gun!) with her hands still tied behind her back. Twice she gets leg cramps while hogtied and goes to the bathroom while still tied -- the movie thus dealing with those true-to-life situations that a girl in long bondage would face.
