Sunday July 17 04:13:17 2005 11083: Outta Time |
> Editor Note: Poster only caught tail end of this. Possibly more earlier?
Yep. Here's a more fleshed-out entry, since something (besides my clip of course) should come from my renting this dreck. -- Title: Outta Time (2002) aka Out of Time aka The Courier Actress: Dyana Ortelli aka Dyana Ortelli-Elizondo, Ali Landry In this rather bad movie with some decent bondage, David (played by Mario López) has been working as a courier, transporting sealed packages across the Mexican border, when his mother Gloriana (Ortelli) is taken hostage offscreen to insure delivery of a transplant heart. We first see her in a quick scene 39 minutes in, wearing a pink dressing gown, hands bound behind (bonds not shown) and gagged with black tape. Right at the 41-minute mark, Bella (Landry) is dragged struggling to a police car with her hands cuffed behind her back. While the cops are talking outside the car, she works her hands in front of her, climbs into the front seat, steals the car, and reluctantly picks up Our Hero in the movie's rather strained attempt at a "meet cute." Hardened criminal that she is, she's even got a handcuff key on her necklace, which for some reason she has to ask Mario to fish out of her shirt, about which she then complains when she feels he's getting fresh. Ack. Who writes these things? Cut right back to Mom at the 44-minute mark. She's still in the same predicament, though considerably more out-of-focus in many of the shots. There are a couple nice closeups, though. 51 minutes in, we see her for the third time, unfortunately ungagged so that she can provide some bad dialogue and spit in the bad guy's face. Bad move, Mom, since she's once again gagged next time we see her at 1:05. FInally, at 1:13, we see her bound for the fifth and final time, this time with her hands taped in front (no gag). |

The actress in the opening scene is not Holloman. I don't know who it is, but I observed the scene very closely and I'm sure it isn't Holloman. |

Sunday July 17 19:22:29 2005 [3642] Pocahontas: The Legend |
>Actress: Animated (voiced by Sandrine Holt)
>Description: Pocahontas is tied to a tree with her hands above her head. She is able to free herself. No gag. Hrm, this doesn't seem right. According to the IMDb, there are two Pocahontas movies from 1995: Disney's animated "Pocahontas," with the title character voiced by Irene Bedard, and the live-action "Pocahontas: The Legend," where she's played by Holt. I suspect that this entry is getting them confused, but I'm not sure which one contains the scene. |

Sunday July 17 21:23:57 2005 [2857] In Living Color |
Record number: 2857
Title: In Living Color Medium: TV Series Actress: Cari French, Carla Garrido, Carrie Ann Inaba, Deidre Lang, Lisa Marie Todd, Michelle Whitney-Morriso season 3, episode 24. (season 3, DVD vol. 4) Last "Fly Girl" listed (which was truncated) is Michelle Whitney-Morrison. In the opening dance segment of this 1991 In Living Color episode, three of the skit actresses are shown dancing, where typically you'll see dancers known as "The Fly Girls". At the end of the dance, the real Fly Girls pop out of a closet with black tape-gags over their mouths and lossely tied together with one rope. The scene is fairly short with one decent close-up and this happens just after the initial intros/credits. Contrary to popular belief and previous rumors, Jennifer Lopez is not one of these gagged Fly Girls (although she was a Fly Girl at one time). |

If memory serves, there was a alert posted for this film a short while back, and thinking that it was for the animated feature, I modified it to reflect that. I have no idea which contains the scene either, so I'll post over at Discussion urging those who do to jump over here and sort it out. |
