To the editors:
Record number: 15542 Title: Crest Pro Health Mouthwash Commercial

Medium: Other
Actress: Unknown

Description: Commercial airing in the USA during the spring of 2011. A female dentitst opens her office in the morning and is startled to find a patient already there waiting for her-a young woman dressed in a brown blouse and blue jeans, inexplicably bound to the reclining chair by cords wrapped over her calves and ankles.

This entry under review by the Editors. Be advised it may be in error

If the existence of the commercial itself or of the scene within it is what is in question, it may be because as far as I know it's only running in the U. S. I've mostly seen it on the cable channel MSNBC, but there's a shorter version (also containing the scene) running on local over-the-air channels. I've caught it there at least once.

Once you do grab a recording of it, pause at the shot of the patient lying in the chair and you'll clearly see the bonds over her calves.

I have seen 2 or 3 of this commercials for this product and have not seen it. I placed the note since the commercials play on the fact the patient arrives early for their check up. Bonds on the legs seems to be 'stupid' addition to the commercial and contradicts the willingness of the patient for the exam.

Once I (or another editor) confirms the commercial on tv or a pic from it, I will then remove the note. The DB entry and note will remain until then.
