[9656] Title: Lois
This has shown in UK - suggest-

In the last 10 minutes the villain's plans are thwarted but in the ensuing explosion Lois is hit by flying debris. Before attending to Lois, Superman rapidly (in 'so fast that just a blur' mode) ties the villain and his cute young female accomplice back-to-back with what looks like thick, light blue, electrical cables.
Rather short scene with some struggling and not silenced.

As better identification clarification, the title of this episode, #21, is actually called "The Terrifying Space Mummy", which would probably be a better title for the entry than simply calling it "21".

Could add times and more likely to be about to strangle than gag her as he had told her she could shout as much as she likes as nobody will hear.
Also add Actress Carolyn Blackhouse who plays the murderer and is led off in handcuffs at the end.

Our crime-fighting horticultural duo are restoring an old walled garden, with help of inmates from a local Open Prison. Ms Kendal witnesses what appears to be a suicide when a unknown man jumps into a raging torrent and is washed out of sight, later an unrecognisable body is recovered. She becomes suspicious when she thinks she sees him alive and it turns out that it was staged to cover up a murder.
When she is coming too close to finding out what happened she is abducted, a black bag is placed over her head and she is bundled into a car and taken to an isolated hut in the forest. She is bound hands behind to the back of a wooden chair using wide strips of sackcloth, perhaps as used for chair upholstery. Her abductor removes the bag from her head and asks why she could not just see what she was intended to and leave it at that. He is holding another strip of the cloth taunt is if intending to strangle her, having already told her she can shout as much as she likes because nobody will hear it is unlikely that he intended to silence her. Fortunately when she mentions the location where the murder weapon had been hidden he leaves her and rushes off to retrieve it. Ms Kendal manages to to escape by rocking the chair until it falls over and breaks. Brief shot of her bounds as she shakes them off as she leaves the hut. Wearing dark trousers/jeans and a pink cardigan, scenes start at about 1 hour 35 minutes into a 2 hour broadcast slot with adverts.
Towards the end, at about 1 hour 49 minutes, when they have eventually unravelled the complex plot the murderess (Ms Blackhouse) is arrested and led away handcuffed hands behind, quite a good view while approaching the camera, wearing a tight T-shirt that enhances the scene, then a distant one from behind, both quite brief.
