[11135] The Man From U.N.C.L.E. aka The Man From UNCLE
There's a bit of confusion regarding this entry. There is quite a disparity in the scenes featuring Dolores Faith in the two-part TV episode version of the story called "The Bridge of Lions Affair" and the movie version released in theaters called "One of Our Spies is Missing." In short, none of the scenes described in the database entry for "One of Our Spies Is Missing" (database record: 4854) happens in the TV version.

In "The Bridge of Lions Affair," Dolores Faith is in her apartment alone, talking to Napoleon on the phone when the villainess (played by Monica Keating) knocks on the door and is invited in. When the villainess realizes Dolores is talking to an UNCLE agent, she strangles the girl with the phone cord.

In "One of Our Spies Is Missing," Dolores Faith suddenly has an evil blonde roommate (played by Ahna Capri), and it is the roommate who answers the phone when Napoleon calls. Dolores is in the bathroom with Monica Keating, and when Dolores says she has to talk to Napoleon, Keating handgags and holds onto her. The scene ends with Keating telling Capri to close the bathroom door, as Keating, still handgagging Dolores, moves the girl toward the bathtub. The very next scene has Napoleon arriving at the apartment, chatting with, then fighting with Ahna Capri, and then discovering Dolores's drowned corpse in the bathtub. There is no bound and gagged scene, at least in the official version of "One of Our Spies Is Missing," but it's possible an additional edit was released to European markets.
