The Mainstream Scene Database

You have arrived at the entry page for the The Big Scene Database. Here you will be able to search for or add scenes of female bondage from mainstream sources. Please read over the explanations below.

What the database is

• It is an on-line reference similar to the old Allen Marburger book "Bondage Fantasies in Popular Entertainment", describing female bondage or restraint scenes from a variety of mainstream media: TV shows, movies, videos, games, etc.
• It is a cooperative effort of many people and accepts submissions from the general public. It then makes these available for searching by title, actress name or description.
• Most scenes are from US sources, but there are a substantial number from other countries as well.

What the database is NOT

• It is not an index for screen captures or clips. There are several thousand entries in this database, to have such corresponding set of excerpts would require a vast site that most certainly would not be available for free.
• It is not an index for my personal collection. While I have many of these scenes, there are many I do not have. I am not currently trading or otherwise providing scenes in any form, so don't ask.
• It is not a database for commercial bondage scenes, so don't look for reviews of videos from Harmony or other such suppliers, and don't submit such scenes.
• It is not a database for scenes of men in bondage. Please don't enter such scenes except for combined male and female ones.
• It is not a database for general fetish or torture scenes, unless such scenes feature bondage as well.

What to do in case of trouble

• If you see an entry that is wrong or incomplete, DO NOT enter a new copy of it. There is a forum specifically for people to post such errors so the editing team can then make the update. If you are not familiar with the forums for this site, Click Here and select the forum called Database Corrections. Post your message there. Please don't send general corrections directly to me, I won't accept them (I am forgetful and they usually won't get put in).
• If it seems that something is wrong, or if you get an error message, you can either post on Database Corrections or Contact Me directly. Be sure to say exactly what you were doing, what the symptoms were and any error messages you saw.
• Should you have trouble finding a scene you are reasonably sure is in there, you can check This Page for helpful hints. It will go over some of the more common problems and how to avoid them.
