Should be good for a large number of protests from outraged parents. But I suppose the producers are of the "any press is good press" persuasion.

Title help
I'm trying to remember the name of a movie (pretty sure it was movie, not TV) where a woman is trying to escape and a guy catches her by lassoing her. My memory is that she was blonde. I think there was a pickup truck in the background, so it wasn't a western, at least not a "wild frontier" western. Any help would be appreciated.

Q vs Q
I do not know if this will be deleted, but here it goes. I have gotten to the age where I Prefer Quality over Quantity.
No longer do I care for blinks', and you miss it scenes, grey tape that is more paper than adhesive. (you wonder how it stays on the lips) The over the nose, over the mouth, over the chin, towards the neck gags. Bindings that are so ridiculous you have to wonder what they are tying. The ladies just whimpering and not hopping around trying to find a way to get loose, and no gag talk. There is more but I will end this rant. If you agree or disagree please comment and give reasons

I'm a cleave gag fan so the tape part doesn't apply to me (pun intended). But I am OK with blink-and-miss-it just because I can slo mo it when I build my own clips. Obviously not quite as nice as a long extended scene but if the gag is excellent and it's only a quick shot, I can live with it.

But overall, I don't care about random cleave gags that are nothing different, so I'm with you on quality over quantity. There has to be a uniqueness to the damsel, a thick gag, tight gag, stunningly beautiful damsel. Something along those lines.

Do not go into non-productive territory, especially the things mentioned in FAQ 1.14:

There will be very little latitude.

Chinese Drama - Love Unexpected - Gong Wan Yi
Our friend wudixiao updated again today, one scene that caught my attention was with the actress "Gong Wan Yi" from the drama "Love Unexpected." I tracked the scene down, its in episode 9 if anyone is interested.

Lol. I'm just imagining the conversation.
"So you'll be hogtied. And there'll be this guy with a sledgehammer."
"Uh huh. And what's this movie called?"
"Winnie the Pooh"

All praise to the actress and creators for including a damsel.

Run Rose Run (book)
Mostly scanned thru this book; atypical thriller fare about a singer with a 'mysterious' past that comes back to haunt her.

Scene of interest: Towards the end during the climax the love interest goes on a search for her concerned she's getting herself into trouble. Finds her at her ex-husband's house tied in the basement, wrists tied behind back, ankles tied, tape gag, curled up in a corner. Unfortunately the brief description is from the hero's point of view and there is very little of it since he was busy fighting the bad guys. No description of clothing but considering the tom boyish/tough character she had I presumed it would be jeans and a t-shirt or other casual top.

Considering the predictable cliche plotting it's unlikely this will be made into a mainstream film (as is) though there is probably a chance it would be adapted into a lifetime film with a predictable difference: The main character would rescue herself as the 'sexist' stereotype of a big burly masculine hero rescuing the 'girl' is a big no-no these days. The only reason I see a chance of a Lifetime film is because Dolly Parton was involved in the production of the book and it's allegedly based on a true story (part of it anyway). With the risk of less to no bondage at least they'll do better with the story since they can't do any worse: This book had massive plotholes - The main character was assaulted TWICE before the climax by the same mystery villains and left alone afterward yet the villains never thought of kidnapping her apparently. The ending revealed she was a victim of a trafficking ring and the only reason she wound up bound and gagged was because she was the one who hunted THEM down in the end.

Anyway the book is awful so don't bother but a film might be worth looking out for.

Re: Winnie the Pooh : Blood and Honey
So it's an actual bear?!? Concept will probably go down like a lead balloon. Anyhow hope there's more to the scene than the picture posted. Hard to make anything out in the gloom i.e. type of gag etc. Probably be a 10 second shot before they hit her on the head with a hammer. Not a fan of horror damsel scenes per se. They're usually, to misquote Hobbes, "nasty, brutish, and short".
