One of the best movies was a really bad
musical by the BeeGees...Sgt. Pepper's
Lonely Hearts Club Band.

The lead female was b&g two different
ways in three scenes. Once
on a table roped head to toe and the
end of the rope secured with her tape
gag. The second scene has her and two
others (female/male) pulled along
by rope with over-the-mouth gags. The
last scene has her on the top of a
platform chained to a lighted decoration
and still gagged while Aerosmith sings
"Come Together". Lots of good looks and
struggling. Excellent scenes. I think
Blockbuster carries it under musicals.

One advantage this page has over the newsgroup is that it is
moderated after a fashion. Basically, if I think a post is too
far off topic, I'll just delete it. That one was a bit off
subject, but it gives everyone a chance to laugh at the outsider
that dares to intrude. Humans love that kind of stuff.

If anyone were to start posting ads for commerical pages though,
the posts would disappear about as quickly as I saw them.
Fortunately, posting through a form would be a lot of work for a
spammer, they prefer automailing or posting programs to do their
dirty work.

stashed in the junkyard, will she be rescued before she's

a lengthy scene)

serials. She got herself into many a bind)
Memories of Midnight-- Jane Seymour (Handcuffed and gagged, as
the ship's boiler heads for overload. Will our intrepid hero get
there in time? Of course, it would have ruined that Medicine
Woman gig otherwise)
Raiders Of The Lost Ark-- Karen Allen (Not a lengthy scene, but
the closeups are nice, with an onscreen gag shot. Plus, I happen
to like Karen Allen)
Blood Ties-- Michelle Johnson (Closeups, struggles, smouldering
looks.)
Mankillers-- Wendy Gardner, Diane Copeland and several others (A
bevy of beauties kidnapped by those nasty white slavers)
Faster Pussycat, Kill, Kill!-- Susan Bernard (A great old Russ
Meyer flick)
Terror Among Us-- Sarah Purcell, Tracy Reed, Kim Lankford,
Patricia Klous (Seeing a preview for this drove me to purchase my
first VCR. One of the classics of the genre)
Il Vicino De Casa-- Laura Belli (Very lengthy scene, lots of good
closeups and struggles)
Abduction-- Judith-Marie Bergen (A great telling of the Patty
Hearst story, kidnapped, tied, gagged, blindfolded etc. etc.
etc.)

You all ever notice that if there is going to be some bondage in
a movie that they usually show it in the trailer or on the back
of the tape case when you are going to rent a movie. There has to
be a reason for it ;)

Did you ever notice how many videotapes have bondage pictures on
the boxes but not a single scene in the movie? e.g.Maximum
Breakout had a girl tied with a white tape gag across her mouth
but nothing like that in the movie. I wish I could sue the
distributor for false advertising when that happens but how would
you get an attorney to take the case? "Your Honor, my client is a
pervert who feels he has been cheated."

THE BABY! How could anyone leave that out of their top 10 list. I
feel so sheepish. The Nightcomers would have made the list if
Stephanie had been gagged. The Bird with Crystal Plumage would
have made the list if she had moved around at all rather than
just lying there.

This brings up a topic for discussion, namely on what criteria do
you base your evaluations? I judge mostly by the energy in the
scene, lots of drama and squirming. Katie Segal's scene in
Married With Children was a 1 eventhough she was tied to a chair
and gagged, it was silly. Phylis Kirk manacled to a slab in House
of Wax (1958)to me is a 3 despite her feeble attempts to move, do
to the energy(suspense)of the situation.

Regarding Terry's question about criteria for evaluation. That is
an excellent question. Here are some of mine (not necessarily in
order of importance):

1. Physical attractiveness of the actress. I personally prefer
brunettes, which is why I'm happy to have scenes with ones like
Madeline Stowe, Demi Moore, Karen Allen, Connie Selleca etc.

2. Onscreen gagging. You'll notice several of my top picks
mention that. Soaps are particularly good for that, since they
often have more time to work with.

3. Noise. I like hearing some gagged sounds, but not too much.
Certainly no yells or recognizable words.

4. Struggling is always an enhancement, especially if it shows
them working on trying to free their hands and such.

my personal favorite is the cleave-gag with it being neat and
thick with white
being the ideal color

I personally prefer tape. It seems like the only gag that would
really work. People do not talk as good with it.

Finally, here are my top 20 soaps. The recent one from Sunset
Beach probably would have made it, but I already had the list
together before I saw it.

One Life to Live-- Jessica Tuck, Erica Slezak, Jensen Buchanan
(Lengthy scene, and onscreen gagging for the beautiful Jensen
Buchanan)
Loving (tower)-- Noelle Beck (The old kidnapped by the obsessed
stalker guy. An interesting feature was that the actor playing
the scene with her seemed to disagree with the stage hand or
whomever. The actor would gag her between the teeth, then when
they cut back, the gag would be over the mouth. Happened like
three times.)
Days of Our Lives-- Kristian Alfonso (Starts out tied to a chair,
bandanna gag. Later, lots of interaction as the bad guy sets her
up as bait for the good guy)
Search For Tomorrow-- Jane Krakowski (Kidnapped, held hostage for
days. Finally left with a ticking bomb.)
Santa Barbara-- Marcy Walker (Lots and lots with her. Probably
the best is in the old barn, many good closeups)
Days of Our Lives-- Susan Diol (Held hostage for days, nice
knotted cloth gag in the mouth, lots of tearful looks)
All My Children-- Susan Lucci (The queen of the soaps got herself
in a bind a few times. One had her held an old wine cellar, with
a neat black cloth gag between the teeth. Two or three onscreen
gagging shots.)
Bold and the Beautiful-- Barbara Crampton (A recent one, nice
thick white gag, and a couple of onscreen gagging sequences)
General Hospital-- Sharon Wyatt, Demi Moore, Janine Turner
(Probably the most famous soap sequence ever. The bad guys have
them, and they're willing to torture the fair Demi to force the
good guys to do their nefarious bidding)
General Hospital-- Kristina Malandro, Lynn Herring (tied
back-to-back and gagged, including one onscreen shot)
Guiding Light (Sleazy Hotel and Barn)-- Krista Tesreau (several
onscreen gagging sequences, including one with a large wad
stuffed in her mouth first)
Days of Our Lives-- Deidre Hall (Another long-time soap queen.
Rescued from the bad guys by the amnesiac John, but he still
doesn't trust her. She promises not to scream if the gag comes
off. Why does he believe her? He has to put it right back on
her.)
All My Children-- Carmen Thomas (The ever popular "bait for the
good guy". Beautiful dark eyes pleading, she tries to warn him of
danger, but that pesky old banadanna between the teeth . . .)
General Hospital-- Emma Samms, Sherilyn Wolter, other (one of
those everybody gets tied up plots. The beautiful Emma Samms,
tied and gagged, wahoo.)
The Young and the Restless-- Eileen Davidson (A long sequence.
Tied to a bed, by a guy who plans to hold her for ransom, but
hey, while he has her, why not have some fun? Several scenes of
her struggling against his beastly advances.)
Another World-- Julie Osburn (Attractive redhead, starts out tied
to a chair and gagged. Another woman finds and unties her. They
hear the bad guys coming back, and they have to tie her up
again.)
The Young and the Restless-- Brenda Dickson (Kidnapped, stashed
away in some sort of closet, couple of onscreen gagging shots)
As the World Turns-- Martha Byrne (Another kidnapping one, tape
gagged and even hogtied at one point)
All My Children-- Kelly Ripa (held hostage in her bedroom, tied
to a chair for days. Could have been gagged more.)
Guiding Light-- Lisa Brown (Another kidnapping plot, kept tied
and gagged in the bowels of a ship for days)

On the subject of gags, the movie "Texas Chainsaw
Massacre III had Kate Hodge with a rag cleave-gag tapped into her
mouth. So black tape
was wrapped around her head, but not over the mouth. It was
different...

The strangest gag I have scene was from "I
Love Lucy" (the series had two scenes BTW).
Anyway, Lucy was babysitting two kids and
as she was about to complain about being
tied up, one of them shoves an apple in
her mouth hard enough that her teeth were
embedded in it and she couldn't close her
mouth enough to spit it out.

a.b.p.e.b. earlier this year. Its a collection of images of
gagged actresses in movies and television, each issue in html
format and with descriptions, actress names, and commentary.
Some of you complained about the zip format, but overall the

Naturally, new ones from any of them would be great. I still hold
out hopes for Profiler.

I'd like to second Elizabeth Shue as deserving of a damsel in
distress situation. Does anybody know if "The Saint" has one for
her? The old TV version had a few female guest stars b&g.

Other hopefuls -
Roma Downey - she's not likely to see one in her current series.
Anna Nicole Smith - now that she's making "action" movies, I can
only hope.

about this one, so it must not have been much)

Nothing for Elizabeth Shue.

One of my top wishes is Andrea Parker (The Pretender). There was
a bit of action last Saturday, she was handcuffed, then later
tied to a post. No gag though, dang it.
