This page is for you to give general feedback on the page, conduct discussions on topics of interest, or just use it like a guestbook and sign in if you prefer. Anything you post here will be available for everyone to see, so if you want to confer with me privately, use the email link on the main page. I hope to hear from fellow collectors and other interested people.

Policy: On the forums, you can pretty much say what you want. Don't be abusive to others, people can disagree without resorting to that sort of thing. From time to time, I'll probably delete some of the older messages when the list gets too long.

Note (3/31/97): Deleted some of the older discussion threads that seemed to have died down. I don't see much need to archive them, if others feel strongly the other way, let me know.

Note (4/29/97): Removed older posts again. I decided to keep the top xx lists, but moved them to their own page.

Note (5/10/97): Did some more cleanup. There was a parallel discussion going on here and alerts, so I brought them together.

My movie list will be updated by 15 May. I have to travel until
the 10th but should have no
trouble meeting this self-imposed deadline.

As for scripts, funny you should ask. I wrote a screen play for
Tales From The
Crypt and sent it in. They refused to accept an unsolicited
manuscript. Too bad.
The title was "A Rare Treat" and I suggested Rebbecca Balding
(from Silent Scream fame)
for the lead. James Earl Jones was cast as the head chef at a
culinary institute.
For the final exam, each student was to create a sauce for meat
or vegatables.
Becky wanted to get a good reccomendation so she sneaks into the
professor's office and
steals a recipe from one of his files. Eventhough she doctors it
up a bit the Prof
recognizes the taste. He invites Becky and four other students to
take part in the
annual alumni banquet and pageant. Each student represents one of
the key elements
of being a great chef...finest ingredients, freshest spices,
proper technique and
secrecy. Becky is gagged to represent secrecy and invited to sit
upon the throne of
honor. The throne immediately clamps her wrists, ankles,
midsection and neck. The others
cut her costume off as she struggles. The prof tells her he knew
it was his family's
secret recipe but what she didn't know was his family was
cannibals and it will be a
"rare treat" have her for dinner. The stage separates to reveal a
large boiling pot and
she screams futily through her gag as she is lowered into it. Cut
to the Cryptkeeper who
says, "I always wondered why there are so few women chefs! Cackle
and FTB.

This was just the bare bones of the story but I sure wish they
had shot it. Maybe
I'll shoot it myself someday.

Kent mentioned he'd like to see Jenny McCarthy bound and gagged.

There was a post on ASB some time ago describing an episode of
"Singled Out" where she (and, unfortunately, the game show host
Chris What's-his-face)was ball-gagged in a parody of "Pulp
Fiction."

I have never seen the particular show or know of anyone who has
it on tape, but MTV is currently showing repeats of "Singled Out"
with Jenny McCarthy, so keep a tape loaded in your VCR!

Speaking of MTV, wouldn't it be nice to see some female rock
stars bound and gagged in videos? I would love to see Liz Phair,
Shirley Manson, Jewel, and Courtney Love bound and gagged. The
only videos I remember with any bondage is one by Belinda
Carlisle, a very brief shot of a red satin cloth tied over mouth
(I think it was called "I Get Weak."

the other Brian

Sometime last fall, I remember a thread in ASB about Sabrina
Lloyd being briefly b&g near the end of an episode. The
discussion was that it was disappointing.
The Universal Studios Sliders site -
http://www.univstudios.com/tv/sliders/ - has a blurb about the
next episode (May 9).
Also a fan site has a list of episodes that may jog some memories
- http://www.tiac.net/users/robbp/sliders/summaries3.html
Another fan site with episode summaries can be found at
http://www.xtc.net/~lucast/sliders/episodes.html - this one has a
lot more info but takes longer to load. He also has guest cast
info - the episode with Gina Phillips is called "Desert Storm"
and first aired Nov 1, 1996.

Re: Jenny McCarthy ballgagged on _Singled Out_

If anyone has seen this episode, could they please post some
details such as guest stars, topic of the episode, etc. Nothing
too elaborate, just enough for someone to tell from the first ten
or twenty minutes or so if it's the right episode. Thanks very
much in advance for any information.

Rich R.

Kent asks about a possible Jennifer Lopez scene which I believe
does exist. One of my favorite "rare" scenes is from "In Living
Color" and featured all the Fly Girls incapacitated in a shed.
Details available if people are interested. I'll repost as I
unfortunately have no email access.

The Cleaner

in the latest premiere, they show a picture of alicia silverstone
handcuffed and cleave-gagged in a car trunk! the movie, Excessive
Baggage, opens up August 15th!

bdecker

Bdecker:

Which issue of Premiere are you talking about? I have the May
issue, no picture.

Gagster

to gagster:

it's the june '97 issue. the one with nicholas cage on the cover.

bdecker

Here is the "official" URL for _Excess Baggage_ from the IMDB:
http://www.spe.sony.com/Pictures/SonyMovies/movies/Excess/intro.html
The intro talks about a "kidnapping scheme" involving Miss
Silverstone's character. Sounds promising.

Mazer

Heya Guys!
Is it just me, or is this site really becoming a
lot of fun?! As somebody who thought he caught
just about everything, I'm learning real quick how
much I would have missed. Many thanks to ya all!
My butt is gonna be right down to the magazine
shop tomorrow to get the photo of Alicia
Sivlerstone that bdecker spotted. Believe the
film is Excess Baggage. I saw a promo for it
months ago on Entertainment Tonite (anybody out
there want to see Mary or Leeza tied and gagged?)
and the promo did show Alicia handcuffed, but not
gagged. From what I understand, its the story of
the little rich bitch that isn't getting enough
attention so fakes her own kidnapping to rattle
dad, but it turns real. Interesting thing is,
this is Alicias 1st film as a producer, under her
own company. So she picked the script she wanted
to star in, and if she wanted to be tied and
gagged, whos to argue? Shes the boss! Maybe the
semi-scene in Hideaway got her interest up!
To you who would like a killer photo of Jennifer
Tilly bound and gagged, with her skirt nearly to
her waist, check out the May issue of VIDEO
magazine, page 77. Nice shot! I subscribe, but
its probably on the stands in the video/how to
section by now.
Keep up the good work dudes!

DAN

I picked up copy of the Premiere magazine. What was strange I
went directly ro big-chain store and they didn't have it. I went
a few stores down to the Blockbuster Video and they had it. The
cover has Nicholas Cage(June 97' issue). It's in the section
where Premiere makes predictions on the box-office for this
Summer. The picture is a little small but it's fine and I'm
happy. Maybe I'll take time off from work the day it premieres in
August. :-)

Nite Owl

The official "Bound" page in the UK has two pics that might
interest us. One is Meg Tilly b&g in the bathroom and Gina
Gershon b&g on the floor. They are in colour (it is the UK, after
all :) ) and are better than the b&w still making the rounds on
this side of the pond. The Meg Tilly one is also in the laserdisc
catalog I got yesterday. Is this by chance the one Dan saw in
Video?

Grumpy

Thanks to Grumpy for the Bound info. I went looking for it, and
found a second, unofficial UK site with two more pictures. One is
the poster with both of the pictures from the official site
included, and the second is a picture of Gina strapped to a St.
Andrew's Cross, which doesn't come from BOUND. I have no idea
where its from, but I liked it. The URL's for the two sites are:

www.bound.co.uk for the official site

and

www.users.dircon.co.uk/~mutley/bound/bound.htm for the unofficial
site.

Gagster

Thanks for the magazine tipoffs. Now I have something else to
look for at Barnes & Noble.

The Hollywood Bound movie list will be available next week but so
far Frank is the only one to
have requested a copy. Brian, Lee and Greg will get their copies
regardless. If you want a copy, email me
soon, as I will not repost this message for another 6 months when
I update the database again.
I need a snail mail address as it is easier to xerox than to
email.

Terry

I am looking for a the name of a movie that has Sam Neil in it.
At the end of the movie he comes in and rescues at hot girl tied
up on a bed from a maniac. Can someone please tell me what the
name of this movie is? It had a great scene at the end. Thanks.

GK

GK

The scene with Sam Neill sounds like "Fever", which I've already
posted a tip about for late tonight (Friday). He's one of the two
guys involved with Marcia Gay Harden.

Gagster

Did I hear someone mention a scene from "All My Children" in
which "Buffy" star Sarah Michelle Gellar is tied? If so, could
someone please give me some details--was it a lengthy scene, was
she gagged etc. Does anyone have this scene on video?

I also wanted to mention that "The Jenny McCarthy Show" is on
Wednesdays on MTV at 10:30. Considering her style of comedy, it
wouldn't surprise me if she showed up B&G at some point. We
should all keep an eye out.

J Anthony

Re Sarah Geller:

I'm not aware of any scenes with her from AMC. She was involved
with one where she did the tieing up though.

Brian R

Oh well, I can't ALWAYS be right.

Sarah Michelle Gellar did have one tie-up on All My Children that
I know of. She is tied up sitting against a pole with her hands
behind her and around the pole in the basement of a church by her
"friend" Janet Green. She wasn't gagged, and the scene was very
short. I don't remember the setup of why they were in the church
in the first place, and the scene itself wasn't memorable at all.

Gagster

That's the scene I'm thinking of. You're right, she's the one
that was tied. For some reason I mixed up who did what. Sorry for
the confusion.

Brian R

While speaking of kid's game shows, I remembered one that I
greatly enjoyed a couple of years ago. On Nickelodeon's "Wild and
Crazy Kids" they had some sort of a "western day"...one of the
games involved one member of a two kid team (one m and one f)
riding a horse over to his/her teammate who had their hands bound
in front of them, as well as being bound to a post at the waist

MisterGee

i can't believe no one has brought this up since everyone is
talking about Sarah Michelle Gellar.
was she or any other hot babe in bondage in the teen soap opera
"Swans Crossing"?

bdecker

Re: "swans crossing"

there was one bondage scene on swans crossing but it did not
invovle sarah michelle gellar. It was some readhead girl who was
in a net and had hands tied in front, feet tied, and cloth
gagged. It was only two scenes though. USA aired repeats of the
show a while back. I do not know what has happened since.

ID4J

Here's one to look for on the big screen next year: they're
making an Avengers movie, with Uma Thurman cast as the
leather-clad Emma Peel. This may be our best chance yet to see
Uma in rope and gag...

On an unrelated note, anyone remember seeing a TV-pilot for a
show called South Beach. As I recall (didn't get it on tape)
there was an excellent scene where Yancy Butler was tied up and
cleave-gagged with a black cloth...

Rob

Re: Yancy Butler in "South Beach"

I remember this scene, actually have it on tape, although the
picture quality is extremely poor (from my pre-cable days).

In the show, Yancy is grabbed by the bad guy from behind, bound
with hands behind back and gagged fairly tightly with a thin
black cloth between the teeth. Unfortunately, she is not gagged
on-screen. Some low grunting, some good close-ups, but I do wish
she would have moaned some more. When she is rescued, there is a
pretty nice close up of her rescuer pulling the gag out of her
mouth. The scene lasts about 2 minutes or so.

Good News. Bad News. The list is done and it contains 2425
entries. Unforunately, I ran out of ink at page 45 while
printing. I'll get another cartridge tomorrow and start making
copies.

These are the people who will get copies: Brian, Greg, Lee,
Frank, Jay, Matte, Robert, Dan, Ben and Mike. This should
generate discussion on it's own. Harmony used to have a mailing
list of 21,000 names but only 1% ever ordered videos. It could be
awfully hard too make any money from B&Ders, I can't even give
the list away.

Terry

Terry, your list is great! I feel very fortunate to have received
the digital version. To see "what's on", I use my scanner to OCR
the local TV movie listings, change the font, merge the scan with
the database you sent me, and sort. I then scan the list for
matches. With the contrasting text, this does not take long. It's
a shame there isn't more interest in this subject.

As for Harmonys mailing list, I was surprised to hear that it was
that big, and equaly surprised with the video sales numbers. I
woud be ordering like crazy if it were not for Canada Customs.

Robert

Re Harmony- Trust me on this. Their mailing list
is now only about one third of what Terry
remembers, but for independent producers, sales
are now very often far below even that 1% mark.
You'll notice they have virtually no independents
left.

DAN

Terry has a list...?

I made 2 lists myself of bondage scenes if anyone here is
interested. I have one for bondage scenes in cartoons and one for
bondage scenes in kids' and teens' shows. The cartoon list I
think is decently large, while the other one is fairly small. If
you want, you can send me additions to either list and I'll
credit you by whatever name you use (unless you tell me not to).

Please e-mail me if you are interested in receiving either list.

Jazz411

back to that list again. Sorry, I forgot to include my e-mail
address. It is
Jazz411

I guess while we're on the subject of lists.....I put together a
database in FileMaker Pro that consists of all of the Carl
McGuire "Bound For Hollywood" columns (BL #2 through the latest)
and Allen Marburger's "Bondage Fantasies in Popular
Entertainment" vol. 1. So far I have about 3000 entries. If
anyone has FileMaker Pro I can e-mail you a copy.

It would be great if we could find a common platform to merge all
of these lists! Any suggestions?

awol

Lee's list should be good for for anyone who has the TVLand cable
channel as half of Carl McGuire's Bound
for Hollywood column is scenes from old tv shows. I have a crummy
cable company so
my list is only movies. Some of my titles are from Carl's column,
some from Allen's
book, some from Movie Star News when I lived in NY, some from
Brian, some from lenny
but most from wasting hundreds of dollars renting everything in
sight at the video
store. Hopefully, the list will save everyone a lot of money.

As for a common format, I have Access97 and too many hours
invested to switch databases
now. What I would suggest is to let Lee compile all of the tv
shows into one list, I'll
maintain the movie list, Jazz has kiddie shows and cartoons, etc.
One big list would be
too much to keep up with and we don't all share common interests
or access. A tv show list,
other than the VCR alerts Brian maintains, is a waste to me
because I never catch the reruns.

What do you guys think?

By the way, the only reason Rob in Canada got an emailed
version of the list is because I have dealt with Canadian
customs before and it is not a fun experience. They blocked
my emigrating to Canada to take a job after Vietnam because
they found a B_____ magazine in my trunk at the border. They
sent me back across the bridge to the US and called US customs
to let them know I was coming. Then US customs searched my car
all over again. They couldn't believe it when they saw the
magazine
that Canada had thrown me out for. They let me go with no further
discussion. What was really stupid was that two earlier while
interviewing
in Toronto, I bought that magazine on Yonge street and it had
been in
the car ever since. What a bunch of hypocrites.

Sorry for that, I didn't mean to go off the deep end again.
Actually
I may as well stay here, I seem to be in over my head a lot
lately :-)

Terry

I've had a request from someone who does not have WWW access, but
is interested in getting VCR alerts and such. Anyone out there
have time to email her items from the page, or to post them to
a.s.b.? If so, coordinate with her at xxxxxxxx.

Brian R

Re: List formats

As far as exchanging lists with possibly incompatible file
formats, some of the programs have an option to save a copy in
exchange format. This is usually tab separated fields, and
carriage return separated records.

Brian R

New topic maybe. How small in number are we?? 50? 500? 5000?
What's your guess?

I am a member of an active group which meets every week. Out of
over 400 members, I am the only one who collects outtakes. That
always surprizes me. Out of all of my friends over the years,
only one collects like I do.

Terry

This is always a good question. The number of regular posters is always pretty small, the thing is that the actual people change.

Re: The "Holy Grail" of Mainstream bondage

This question is aimed at anyone who collects or trades
mainstream outakes, but particulary at the seasoned collectors
like Brian, Lee, and Terry with huge libraies of scenes. What is
the single rarest, most obscure mainstream scene? What is the
scene that no collector had his VCR on for that night, the scene
that has never been re-run, the scene that has been cut out of
all subsequent showings of the show/ film, the scene with a
famous actress that you can swear you saw when you were twelve
but no one else has ever heard of,the TV bondage equivelent of
_London after Midnight_ or the six-hour cut of _Greed_ (famous
"lost"
silent films)?
I'm sort of curious as to what someone with a collection like
Brian's would consider "obscure"

Rich R.

The first "Holy Grail" discussion. Always a lot of fun.

a while back, everyone was talking about bondage scenes on kids
shows. well, the one that stands out the most in my mind is one
from a show called "Fun House" this show had twin cheerleaders
who would introduce the contestants and another baby huey type of
dude named Tiny who was the MC of the show.

in the scene i was fortunate to see, tiny lead the cheerleaders
out and they were bound and cleave-gagged with bandannas! i
believe they were sitting back-to-back, then tiny pulled a lever
or something, causing the twin cheerleaders to be slimed! that's
really all i remember, but it was worth seeing.

if anyone remember this scene, please add details!

Re: The Holy Grail

That would be the scene with Meg Ryan on As the World Turns,
if it really happened.

Paul Kelley

Contribution to Holy Grail Thread
- How about this one. But the odds are that one of out there has
this one on tape. I was a big fan of the ABC show "The Marshall"
starring Jeff Fahey. There was an episode that caught me
off-guard and I never got the opportunity to record it because
the show got cancelled. A psychopath takes over a radio station
and before I could blink there's a nice close-up scene of the
secretary bound and gagged. The close-up of her gagged was quite
nice. Cloth stuffed in her mouth w/duct tape secured over her
mouth. Someone's got have this one out there.

Nite Owl

re: Meg Ryan in 'As the World Turns':

It does exist but is isn't a very good scene. She had a bad
haircut and the gag was weak (bulky checkered cloth tied loosely
over the mouth). I remember being disappointed.

Rob

Re: Holy Grail

Well, I have both the Meg Ryan scene, and the one from The
Marshal.

There's one that I don't have, and I've never found anyone who
has ever heard of it. On the old show Emergency!, the paramedics
get called to an ongoing bank robbery. One of the hostages was
sick or something. Anyway, while they are there, they go around
and check on the rest of the hostages, who are sitting on the
floor, bound and gagged. So they asking them if they can breathe
ok with the gags and such. I swear I saw this. I think.

You're not hallucinating - I saw the same scene. It was a mixture
of men and women. Because there were no closeups, I can't be sure
but it looked like they were gagged with 1" or so white tape.
I remember this because this episode was part of a rare
double-header from my youth. Later that night was a lame David
Hartman movie "You'll Never See Me Again." The movie starts with
an argument, she leaves, and he tries to find her. Almost two
hours later, he finds her bound and cleave-gagged in the woods.
The implication was that she was held captive the whole time he
was looking for her. The Internet Movie Database has no
information on who the actress was. This movie was repeated
sometime in the '80's and I taped it.

Grumpy

My vote for the Holy Grail of bondage scenes is also one of my
all-time favorites - Karen Jensen in "Bracken's World." This is
the show where she is kidnapped and kept bound and gagged for
most of the episode. I was 13 or 14 when I saw it and it made a
big impression on me. Since there were no VCR's at the time and
there weren't enough episodes for syndication, I don't think it's
been seen since summer reruns (when I saw it). "Bound for
Hollywood" from Harmony has published photos that someone took of
the TV screen.

Grumpy

More from Grumpy -
The true Holy Grail of bondage is not obscure movies or cancelled
TV shows but TV commercials!
Let's set the Wayback Machine for 1977. There I was, minding my
own business, waiting for the evening news to come on when BAM!
out of nowhere comes a chewing gum commercial with several gagged
teenage girls. I sat stunned, like a deer in headlights, for the
entire 60 seconds. When I recovered my senses, I realized that
such a piece of advertising excellence must be preserved for
future generations. No, I didn't rush right out and buy a VCR -
do you know what one cost in 1977? - but I did do the next best
thing. I set up my camera on a tripod in front of the TV and
waited. They didn't show the commercial again that night but I
reasoned they might run it in the same time slot the next day.
The next day I was ready and there it was. My only regret is that
I didn't have a motor drive. I was there, same time, same
station, for about a week until they stopped showing it.
I imagine by now I have your undivided attention. The
commercial(s) had the same basic format - you see the back of a
teenage girl, someone offers her a stick of gum, and when she
turns around there is a piece of tape on her mouth with the words
"Don't open until Beechnut" printed on it. She is not tied but
the scene is shot in closeup anyway. I saw three versions of this
ad while it was running. The long version was the one I first saw
- I never saw it again. It had three scenes, the last of which
had three girls on the beach sporting ad gags. The shorter
version omitted the multi girl scene. The third version kept the
first scene from the other two but used three guys at the end
(yecchh!). For this scene the "wrong" gum was offered by a really
great-looking girl.
Does anyone else remember this?

I still have the slides I took but no film scanner to digitize
them. I have thought of using a lightbox/camcorder/Snappy
combination but since they were taken off the TV, I doubt any
usable image would su

re: The Marshall

There is another episode where some crazies try to rob a
supermarket but the cops show up before they can escape and
hostages are taken. Jeff Fahey sneaks in the back and is
discovered by the gunmen's girlfriend. He grabs her before she
can alert the others and ties/gags her with packing tape.
Unfortunately, he must have missed the class in Marshall school
about restraining female prisoners - she gets loose and blows his
cover.
I saw this in a hotel room 2000 miles from my VCR so I don't have
it on tape either.

Grumpy

Thanks Grumpy, I'm glad somebody else saw that Emergency!
episode.

Regarding "You'll Never See Me Again", that was Jess Walton, who
also had a nice scene in the biker movie "The Peacekillers". She
can currently be seen on the CBS soap "The Young and the
Restless", although I have no scenes from that with her.

The mention of commercials jogged my memory. There was one for a
local radio station, featuring a couple of the DJs, out at the
railyard. They're walking along, yapping about something, and
come across a woman tied to the tracks and gagged. No explanation
at all.

Brian R

There were several others from "The Marshal" as well, including
Kari Wurher taped up.

Brian R

My Holy Grail comes from the Sunday Funnies in the early 50's. It
was my first exposure to T&G scenes. It featured Penny, Gravel
Girty's daughter tied to a straight-backed kitchen chair and
cleeve-gagged. She had on a white blouse, black skirt, white
socks and Mary Janes. In case you can't guess the scene has been
burned in my brain for 40+ years. I have searched every Dick
Tracy comic anthology and never comes across the scene.

As for the Holy Grail of movies, to me it would be Mondo Sadismo
(1970's). It was like Mondo Cane with scenes from different
cultures around the world. The primo scene featured a Japanese
dojo where they taught young girls the bondage arts. It ran about
two minutes but had 15+ girls Tied and gagged in numerous ways.
I'd love to see it again in slow motion or freeze frame.

I find it interesting that the scenes we hunger for the most are
the ones we weren't expecting and by the time our eyes were
focused, it was gone. The Dick Tracy comic I stared at for an
hour and I am surprized that my folks didn't have me committed
right on the spot but no one seemed to notice.
AH-h-h-h-h-h-h-h...(sigh);-)

Let's see.......Holy Grails, so far mine has been an episode of
"Love American Style" called "Love and the Flamenco Dancer". A
woman has a flamenco dancer living above her apartment, desperate
to meet him she detours all the foot trafic in the building
through her room. To get ready for the dancer she puts on an
evening gown and lights candles. A burglar comes through instead
and makes a really big production of tying her to a chair and
gagging her. He turns her radio up to cover any noise she might
make and leaves. Then, of course, the flamenco dancer walks
through. She sits there undiscovered.

I've only seen this aired once in 1970. Anyone else remember
this?

awol

To awol:
That was Susan Tolsky who was a regular on a lot of episodic TV
around that time. She also did a gag scene on the old "Madam"
show- the one with the puppet.

Re: HOly Grail:

For me it would have to be several scenes from the old F.B.I
show- Both later season shows- one scene with Heidi Vaughn &
another scene with Belinda Montgomery- I have searched and never
been able to find either one again. Another scene thats i've
never found again is a scene with Martha Byrne from As the world
Turns- I remember she was tied & cleave gagged over several days
worth of stories-ive only seen the scene clipped on numerous
tapes

lenny

I will be somewhat out of touch for a period of time, due to
access problems. I'll let you know when it is resolved.

Brian R

I have no recollection of what this was at all.

>>>> DJs, out at the railyard. They're walking along, yapping

I saw this commercial too. If I remember correctly, the DJ's were
Phillips and Wahl - at the time the highest rated morning (drive
time) show in St. Louis. I remember one of them saying "This
woman suffers from bad morning radio" and the other one untying
her. What stands out most is that she playfully kissed him after
he untied her.

re: Love, American Style

I saw the skit AWOL describes. There was also one with Jessica
Walter.
I remember the vignettes between the stories had an occasional
bondage theme. Middle-aged Guy has Shrewish Wife tied to a post.
He has a maniacal look on his face and appears ready to set the
post on fire. She says "Penny for your thoughts?" End of scene.
By far the best one I saw was another one of the hit-and-run
scenes that sticks in your memory. Gorgeous Chick is tied to a
post and tightly cleave-gagged. She is wearing a slip and is
struggling and mmmphing like this is a Jay Edwards video.
Middle-aged Guy is about to remove what little clothing she has
on when Shrewish Wife calls from offscreen "Honey, where are
you?" He looks at Gorgeous Chick and says "Damn, it's my wife. If
she asks, pretend that you don't know me."
Isn't that what always happens - you've got a hot chick tied to a
post and then your wife shows up? :)

Grumpy

Anyone ever see the show PoliceWoman? When I was younger they had
a cool scene with Angie Dickinson
tape-gagged and tied with transparent duct-like
tape. The room she was in was set on fire. The hero finally
breaks in and rescues her. Good struggling.

eek!

Hey thanks! Two questions though, how old did the person look?
And how well (or did) he/she struggle?

Access problems solved for the time being.

Well, good thing I took care of that.

Does anyone remember a variety-comedy show called "Fridays" that
ran on ABC for one season? It was an imitation of Saturday Night
Live, and from what I understand, was pretty terrible--I never
saw the show.

However, I seem to recall several times seeing commericials for
the show in which an actress was tied to chair and cleave-gagged
with a nice thick white cloth and mmmppphhing ALOT in a parody of
cop TV shows where there are lots of damsel-in-distress scenes,
i.e., the ones we all like. From the frequency of the ads, it
seemed like this was a running bit on the show.

Am I mistaken? Does anyone have any info about this show? If so,
I would have to nominate that as my personal "Holy Grail" scene.

Yes, I remember the show Fridays and faintly recall the parody
about cop shows.
Okay, I guess I better dig deeper when it comes to Holy Grail.
About fifteen years ago or so the "Prudential" insurance company,
the one with the slogan own a piece of the rock created a
commercial where the hard-working husband comes homes only to
find the home ransacked and discovers his wife bound and gagged.
What's great about the commercial is that he never goes to untie
her. He talks to her about how he should had Prudential
insurance. Throughout the commercial she responding muffling
through her gag. It was funny.
